Business Travel Advisors (BTA informally), is a full-service travel management company with headquarters located in Coral Gables, Florida. BTA was incorporated in 1982. Since that time we have acquired clients in both government and private sectors. 1999 was BTA’s most successful year with annual billing at $25 million. We attribute our continued growth and success to our dedication to providing our clients with premier service levels.
Over the years BTA has received numerous awards and accolades from our clients and travel industry partners. We were awarded the Topaz Certificate of Excellence for a perfect score of 100% in a lowest fare audit. This award is received by less than 1% of U.S. travel agencies. Our most valued reward is our client’s loyalty to us. We are proud to say that we rarely lose a client based on service issues. Most of the clients we have lost over the years have been due to their centralization.
